SNI partners in Nigeria have been hosting the Strides of Progress Leadership Training Seminar for the staff at a local hospitals and teachers of primary and high school.

These professionals play a key role in their communities and have a large influence on their pupils and patients. The seminars covered a wide variety of practical topics such as: Taking Responsibility, Time Management, Integrity, Conflict Resolution, Anger Management, Successful Team working, Making Decisions and Excellence.

The goal of this program is to add value and enhance the productivity and work ethic of each individual and team, in order to create a more dynamic, streamlined and improved work environment. Lively discussions about contemporary issues in the workplace were held, along with videos from speakers around the world.

Each attendee received a student course book, covering the main points of each topic, including a self-evaluation questionnaire, and a certificate of completion at the end of the course.
